RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer the following returns and refunds policy:  

General Returns

• Return Window: Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7  calendar days from the  original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • Items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We charge the sum of R350 as restocking fee

  • 7-day return window for non-defective items

  • 6-month return right for defective items

  • Restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns

  • Used / custom items excluded

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

• The Goods are in the original packaging and accompanied by original proof of purchase

• Items purchased on sale may have restricted return or exchange policies

• The following Goods cannot be returned:

• All LINEN items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Process:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

• You will be refunded the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges

• Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please Call us  or send us an email to  return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

• Items must meet the same conditions as for returns for a refund.
